Hoffman-Madison Waterfront has announced that sales for Amaris, The Wharf's newest high hospitality condominium, will begin in June. Every residence will have a balcony or a terrrace, and many of the units will have water views. The building is anticipated to be complete in late 2022. Unity Health Care, I.M.P. Concerts and the Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington partnered together to use The Anthem at the Wharf in Southwest as a pop-up vaccination site for the 1,300 construction workers currently working on Phase 2 of The Wharf.
National publication The Atlantic will move its D.C. headquarters to The Wharf’s highly anticipated second phase. The Atlantic will occupy the top two floors of office space within 610 Water Street.
